Asi es, todo parece indicar que es la RAM. Lo mas sencillo es que consigas memoria prestada de algun amigo, cambiala y ve si arranca, si no lo hace tendras que tener una PC de repuesta en la cual ir cambiando piezas de manera de prueba y error.
