Cuando intento insertar algo nuevo a la base me aparece el siguiente

o tambien me aparece el siguiente mensaje

Por favor ponga atención
Ya probè con todo, insert, create, CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES , UPDATE, con prefijo diferente, etc
Que debo hacer?? que combinacion de botones debo marcar??
