Microsoft has not created a "EURO" LCID, you need to consult with your web hosting company or web administrator as to which LCID is formatted for this currency.
The settings to manually configure this currency are on the web server itself (Under the Control Panel, see 'Regional Options'). Your administrator should be able to configure the server to produce the desired currency symbol, once this is done all you do is enter the correct LCID into the PDadmin settings.
